my Story
Hi, I’m Kim.
I was born and raised in a small town in Slovenia, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and the kind of quiet that teaches you how to dream.
As a little girl, I spent years studying music, ballet and cello, but if I’m honest, my biggest passion was always storytelling.
Whether it was through music, acting, or simply writing down my thoughts, I’ve always been fascinated by the way stories connect people.
Growing up, I was the kid with big dreams and no idea where they would take me.
Over the years, those dreams led me far from home.
I’ve lived between countries, spent time in Los Angeles and London, worked as an actress and model, and found myself on film sets, in music videos, and in places I never imagined I’d see when I was younger.
For years, I helped tell other people’s stories. It wasn’t until I started writing songs that I found the courage to tell my own.
In 2024, I started writing music.
What began as a way to process emotions and make sense of my experiences quickly became something much bigger.
Country songs don’t hide behind perfect words or polished images. They tell the truth about love, heartbreak, family, mistakes, growing up, and finding your way.
I fell in love with country music because of its honesty.
That’s the kind of music I want to make.
My songs are inspired by real life: the people I love, the places I’ve been, the lessons I’ve learned, and the moments that changed me. Some stories are joyful. Some are painful. Most are a little bit of both.
My grandpa still worries every time I leave home. And my dad taught me lessons that continue to shape who I am today.
Family has always been at the center of my life.
The older I get, the more I realize how much of my story is connected to theirs.
When I’m not writing music, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, horseback riding, baking or collecting little moments that eventually find their way into my songs.
I don’t have all the answers figured out.
I’m still learning, growing, making mistakes, and discovering who I am. But I think that’s what makes life interesting.
If you’ve found your way here,
thank you
for being part of my journey.
hope my music makes you feel understood, reminds you of someone you love, or helps you hold on a little longer to a moment that matters.
